Throughout the day, the cafe trades in tasty sandwiches and melts before transforming into an effortlessly posh tapas joint and speak-easy in the early evening. Things get really exciting come Friday night, when the cafe extends its trading hours and after-work revellers are invited in for a drink and some tapas tastes.
