While the moniker perfectly captures its casual Euro elegance, alluding to its shining 350-rich wine catalogue and stately interiors, one can't help but feel it sells itself short in the restaurant portion of the venture. After all, the menu is a triumph of both creativity and value.
The Wine Library is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and locals are already singing the culinary praises of its tasty modern European fare, which includes creations such as the toasted stracchino and black truffle tortilla, the lobster baguette and Asti-style pork ribs.
Dedicated sippers can opt for one of the excellent charcuterie plates to nibble on in between wines, featuring delicacies such as the chicken liver and vin santo parfait with toasted sourdough or the embuditos y quesos (cured artisan meats and cheeses) for two.
