The White House calls itself a provincial kitchen, and as self-imposed labels go, it's one that this restaurant lives up to admirably. The menu here reads like an homage to the Adelaide Hills' finest produce. There are no unnecessary flourishes on the plate (something that is also reflected in the price tag), but the flavours are balanced and the freshness of the produce is without equal.
