After standing dark and silent for nearly five years, The White Horse in Surry Hills leapt from the shadows under the watchful eye of Home nightclub founder Ron McCulloch. Now a swanky, architect-designed bar/eatery, it has an outdoor terrace on the first floor and a giant, glittering horse leaping off the roof made by Glaswegian sculptor Andy Scott.
