From the first moment you see The Vineyard Restaurant Lounge on Willoughby Road, you know there's something entrancing about the place. The ceiling is covered in faux vines, and the dining and drinking areas are designed to resemble an intimate Moroccan lounge meshed with a candlelit modern dining room. While soaking up the warm ambience, you may feel inclined to grab a cool cocktail or glass of sparkling before starting a decadent nosh session. The suave selection of Modern Australian mains include goat's cheese souffle with wilted spinach and pumpkin puree; mustard-glazed lamb backstrap on herb-roasted pumpkin, capsicum and Spanish onion; and homemade focaccia with prosciutto, slow-roasted roma tomatoes and avocado served with a garden salad.
