Being a chocolatier seems like a sweet job (excuse the pun). But there's one thing better: being on the receiving end. The Tasmanian Chocolate Studio piles on this palpable pleasure every day with freshly handmade truffle creations, such as lime and ginger white chocolate, dark chilli chocolate, and Baileys milk chocolate, to name only a few. Many of these contain Tassie ingredients, like local honey and raspberries, while the chocolate itself is the high-quality Belgian couverture chocolate, which contains high cocoa butter content for a smoother taste.
Had enough truffles for the day? This cafe also offers hot chocolates, coffees, cakes, ice creams, all-day brekkies, light lunches and homemade soups, so you're never lost for a tasty treat.
