The Stag Hotel in Adelaide's east end is a great place to relax and enjoy some good food and wine. A recent renovation has resulted in a space that amply reflects the fine dining atmosphere they have been aiming for. Leather chairs and a wrought-iron chandelier speak understated class and Amanda Griffiths' mod-Oz cuisine is a world away from traditional pub grub. The Stag Hotel achieves that rare combination of fine dining with semi-casual comfort.
