The post-renovation Stafford Hotel's fresh new face is bright and welcoming with comfy couches in which to recline and enjoy your fix of head chef Christopher Burke's modern pub-style fare.
With some 34 years experience under his hat, Christopher has mastered many a meal, but it is his skills on the grill that keep the carnivorous coming back for his MSA-grade steaks served with mushroom sauce, green pepper sauce or red wine jus.
However, if steak isn't your caper a quick peruse of the menu will provide for many a tasty option. The Stafford Hotel's menu is a modern take on traditional pub food with favourite dishes such as the sand crab lasagne served with a dill and caper salsa.
