Atmospheric and buzzy (get it?), the Fly is one of the most popular eateries at the spot, and serves up authentic, tasty tapas that locals and others crowd in for night after night. The menu is modern Spanish, so the tapas are traditional with a twist, like the haloumi cheese grilled with lemon and parsley, which comes with a generous lashing of roasted pimientos (capsicum), the paella balls, which are a contemporary take on Spain's signature dish, and the crab cakes, which come with a tasty salsa verde. For dessert there's that other famous Spanish dish, churros, though if you lack the sweet tooth (or stomach space) a good, strong, Spanish-style coffee is a popular substitute.
