An enjoyable Friday night dinner
Myself and two friends dined here on a Friday night for dinner. We received a warm wlecome from the waitress who explained that we order from beside the salad bar and that she would deliver the meals when ready. Self service salad bar which two of us elected to use. It was well presented - dishes were full and everything clean. We ordered then bought some drinks from the bar. Good wine list with many by the glass. Food arrived in good time - two steaks and a salmon - all cooked as expected and tasty. We were happy. Atmposhere was buzzy/busy but not too loud. Menu choices were quite varied and there were some specials for the "good food month". Location is in the Street running parallel to Darling Street. Well worth the diversion from Darling Street for a good mix of food and drink and friendly service.
