This meat-worshipping restaurant within the Royal Mail Hotel applies traditional American-style techniques to their barbecue and smokehouse cuisine, to produce some pretty tasty little (okay, not so little) numbers. Some of the hottest tickets include the baby back pork ribs mopped in a southern style barbecue sauce and the signature buffalo wings with hot sauce. The vegetarian options on offer are good, if scarce, and this place manages to live up to its claim of being "all things to all people" with a bit of something for everyone. The daily specials are always excellent value, especially the cheap steaks on Sundays.
