With stunning views over the Jamison Valley and all the way to Kings Tableland and Mount Solitary, this has become one of the Blue Mountains' favourite dining destinations. The French-inspired menu is full of rich, warming dishes (totally necessary - this is the Blue Mountains, remember) like slow-braised ox cheeks with truffle mash and beetroot relish, open range duck a l'orange, and an escalope of turkey with brussels sprout mousse, creme fraiche, apple glaze and pine nuts. Luckily, the wine list is just as hearty and full-bodied, with an extensive, mostly local and Australian, selection, including a few by the half-bottle. A well-deserved indulgence for holidaymakers and locals alike.
