The Prophet

The comfortable and welcoming interior of The Prophet is a major draw for diners, even before they taste the authentic Lebanese cuisine. Basing his creations on family recipes, chef and owner Jihad Moussallem produces traditional cuisine, from a smoky baba ghanoush to more unusual and distinctly Middle Eastern dishes.

Awesome Lebanese
After complaining for a long time about the lack of Middle Eastern food (that isn't a kebab shop) in Perth, this little gem is a winner. Cheap, good food served fast and with a smile. The Babaganoush was smokey and amazing, as were the lady's fingers and fatoush. Highly recommended, but make sure you book as it was crammed and noisy on a Wednesday.

Always excellent
We have dined at The Prophet on many occasions, and it is wise to book early as it is very popular. The food, service and atmosphere is always exceptionally good, we would definitely recommend The Prophet.
