To meet for breakfast is a tricky one. It entails getting out of bed (obviously), showering, getting dressed, leaving the house and travelling somewhere, all before having breakfast. The point is, the breakfast you go out to eat had better be damn good! And at the Pool Caffe it is. Bring the weekend papers and you may find yourself still there for lunch. Which isn't such a bad thing, with a seafood menu to match the ocean views.

Go here a fair bit for breakfast and the food is great. The service is friendly and the portions are good but during busy times you may have to wait for someone. Have had most things on the menu and have not had anything I didn't enjoy so go with whatever your stomach tells you.

Servings are generous and the location is wonderful. Best banana bread in town. A great summer spot a little away from the crowds.
