We have enjoyed this restaurant several times, but this time (new Chef?) we had simply the BEST meal I can ever remember having, sharing all three courses and both enjoying it all. The ambience is charming, and the head waiter gave us brilliant service. Five stars across the board!

Touching the customers
Dined in the restaurant section for the first time, having been a regular in the bar for lunch and coffee for years. Nice menu, plenty to choose from, well thought out choices etc. But all goes out the window when a snooty head waiter barely acknowledges us on arrival, and the waitress kept touching the back of the chair, and there was plenty of room, it is not 3 star service. Worth going for the food.
