Proving a popular idea already, this new addition to the Florey shops is the brainchild of coeliac Kelly Robinson and her husband Geoff, who aim to provide tasty, homemade, gluten-free fare for the growing ranks of non-gluten eaters. The soups, salads, pies, cakes and desserts on the menu all have a deliciously homemade feel to them. Although gluten-containing treats are also available, Kelly and Geoff know what it's like to be a coeliac and are very particular about cross-contamination, so you don't have to worry about getting a single speck of gluten on your plate if you're intolerant.
