The concept for this new East Perth eatery is based on the simple splendour of produce-driven European provincial cooking. There are no bells and whistles here, no gels or foams or emulsions. What is here is food of true substance and quality.
The menu roams freely between southern European and Mediterranean influences without feeling too scattered. Expect to see French terrines sitting comfortably alongside Middle Eastern grilled chicken with harissa and tabboulleh or an Italian-style pan-fried mullet with romesco sauce.
