The Snack Shack at Noosa Junction is a small but stylish hole-in-the-wall cafe where fresh baguettes, frittatas and roast vegetable tortillas are prepared on with premises and given a modern twist. The Snack Shack is a popular spot for breakfasts and lunches but the locally roasted Signature coffee is owner Michael Hughes's speciality, coupled perfectly with a treat of the sweet variety.
