The Moor's Head is the colloquial name given to the top of the still used to make arrack - the aniseed-flavoured drink native to Lebanon. How that little nugget of information is relevant to this particular restaurant is a mystery, but one thing that isn't a mystery is the quality of food these talented chaps are producing.
Offering pizzas with a twist, the team here have paired the classical Middle Eastern flavours of their childhoods with a love of all things pizza, resulting in an array of delicious offerings that are much more interesting than your standard Italian variety. The ingredients are fresh, and the skill of the owner/chef is evident in the quality and taste of the meals that leave the kitchen.
