Discreetly placed within the confines of the former Royal Mint, this trendy bar and restaurant is a little bit quirky, a little bit quaint and 100 percent Melbourne. With shadecloths covering the beer garden outside and intimate lighting casting a warm glow over cream tones and open fireplaces inside, every inch of the Mint is understatedly cosmopolitan. The food menu is similarly Melburnian, with a selection of dishes that are as accessible on a warm summer's day as they are comforting in the chill of winter. The signature chicken parma is a highlight on the menu and has been previously voted the best to be found in the CBD.

Great after work drinks!!
Finally a good spot to have a few quiet ones after work. Good crowd, great location! (well for my office anyway) Beautiful old building.. and there is a coffee guy out the front in the mornings who does GREAT coffee!!
