The Parramatta branch of this international steakhouse phenomenon follows Sydney's Darling Harbour and Melbourne's Southbank ventures, providing a spacious and lively atmosphere for a meaty feast. Prime cuts include the dry-aged T-bone of Angus 120-day grain-fed beef, the kangaroo fillet, and the mighty 1kg full rack of pork ribs.
But this steakhouse is no one-trick pony, offering a wide selection of seafood, pasta, vegetarian and gluten-free alternatives too.
