A long-standing stalwart of Brisbane's Chinese dining scene, this Eight Mile Plains eatery (situated in a suburban shopping strip, no less) is so much more than it seems. Dedicated to pure Cantonese, the food is strong and rich, yet fresh. Open until 2am every night, there's usually an eclectic crowd to be found in here, and there's a pretty popular yum cha menu to choose from as well. Having recently been made over and now boasting an opulent banquet room as well as the main dining room, the restaurant is still not much to look at from the outside - but don't let that stop you, whatever you do. This is Chinese at its very best.
