I would rather go to a bowling club
We have driven past quite a number of times and from the outside it looked great, however as soon as we walked in we knew it wasn't going to be good, it looked just like a lawn bowls club function room!! A waitress was just about to take our order when her manager told her in front of us they were not taking orders!! Once our order was taken our meals came out, yet I could hear in the background another manager yelling at the poor person delivering our meals that she had the wrong table!! The service was great by the wait staff, but the way the management treat their staff is not the best!! If this place was being sold I would recommend anyone to buy it due to the lovely location, however quite a bit of work needs to be done to make it a place worthwhile of visiting again.
I will not be returning!!

Go elsewhere
These people dished up plenty of platters for us to graze, but the mains for our group booking were lack lustre and reminded me of bad production-line conference food.
The terrible treatment at the end saw our group booking expected to pay for people who didn't turn up, even though the kitchen didn't dish out meals for those missing people. Seriously bad planning and bad service on the Mallard Ducks' end.
They can build the restaurant and make pretty - lovely setting - but can't even install a wheelchair accessible toilet?! FAIL.
I will not be going back.
