Popular as a cafe by day and a bar by night, this place is always full of pre- and post-show theatregoers as well as its fair share of actors performing at the 'Maj', so it's perfect for a bit of stargazing. The bright pink leather couches and mix of mod and art deco in the interior give it a funky edge and mean it makes the transition from cafe to bar seamlessly.
As a cafe, its hot breakfasts (bacon and egg English muffins with melted cheese are pretty popular), fresh lunches (salads and soups before or after a matinee) and coffees are enough to keep the punters coming through the doors whenever the Maj is open.
