Decked out in raw materials and unburnished metals, the decor is a convergence of old and new, and modern and natural, that houses chef Marc Brown's eclectic menu within.
The food takes culinary cues from all walks of life, from a Middle Eastern starter of hummus and pomegranate syrup with Turkish bread, to the classic influence of a rustic terrine.
