After a complete refurbishment in 2007, the 2002 AHA Best Restaurant in Australia is back at the very top of its game. The revamped dining room, with its earthen-toned feature wall, leather banquettes and white table cloths, marks this place as high-end dining that's still still fun and accessible. The menu takes a similar tack, giving a nod to its pub surrounds with an MSA-graded Coorong Black Angus scotch fillet but also offering more contemporary fare, such as a sweet potato and shallot pave with a cauliflower souffle, hazelnuts, celery leaf and gingerbread.
