As the name implies, this suburban Indian diner is all about service, from the welcoming smile as you enter to the genuine charms of the front of house staff.
There's no question service is vital to the success of a restaurant but without quality food to back it up you're dead in the water. Luckily, the Host passes on both counts with flying colours. The curries here are an artful display of the structured nature of Indian cuisine. The flavour profile of each dish is slow built up the traditional way to create curries that are subtle, fragrant and complex.
