Never again!
Food was average and extremely overprice! Had a lamb shank $32 - worst I've ever had - tough & sinewy, tasted re-heated. My partner had a steak $34 - was ok, but nothing special.
Sorry, but would not recommend to anyone.

Great!
Been here a few times for dinner now. Noticed over the years they're getting more fine dining-like and so meal portions are getting smaller. However they still do awesome cooked steaks. Will always be regulars.

Great
I have just read a review here about the Greenwood. It is a pity that the power went out and the clients went home hungry. I have always found the Greenwood to be great value for money with the very best of food. The service is always outstanding. It is so popular, I do suggest that you book if you don't want to wait. I am a meat eater and love my steaks, the chef there always cooks all the food to perfection. It has a friendly atmosphere and is probabaly the best pub/meal I have been to in a while.

Overhyped
First time we visited the power went so we had to leave hungry, but we'd heard great things so we looked forward to another time. We just thought it was average pub-grub really, certainly nothing special. Avoid the barramundi; it must have been deep-fried in an oil tank, it was wet with grease.
Other speak highly of the place, but I saw no evidence of the reason for this. Disappointing.
