The menu is based around fresh ingredients that have been prepared in a refreshingly uncomplicated fashion (no foams or parfaits here). Breakfast might consist of herbed mushrooms on toast with fresh ricotta, spinach and goats cheese (an ingredient you'll find all over the menu) or house-made coconut and date bread with cinnamon butter. For lunch, try the whitebait fritters with nam jim, and for dinner, tuck into mussels in white wine, chilli, tomato and basil.
