Owner and chef Danny Chan has provided locals with some of the best Chinese in Bathurst since 1988 at The Great Wall. The cuisine is handled with a hint of Australian flavours, however they don't hinder the authenticity of dishes such as Mongolian lamb, or the chicken and king prawns served in a bird's nest.
