If you're really on the ball you may have cottoned on to the fact that this modern cafe specialises in only two things: mouth-watering bagels and seriously good coffee.
What you may not be aware of is the style of bagel being served here. Unfortunately bagels in Australia have a tendency to taste more like a stale doughnut. Thankfully, GB&CC still use the time honoured tradition to make theirs, then fill them with only the freshest ingredients. Choose one from the menu or go off-piste and DIY your own bagel masterpiece. Either way, grab your bagel creation, make your way to the signature orange stools and couches and take a load off.
