What a waste of time and money!
Well what can I say that the above already doesn't? I used to live in the area, however I come back to have a quick meal and drink with my parents. First of all I waited 15 mins to be served at the bar as they do not do table service. Once seated at the table we ordered. Two of the meals where cold and the steak that I ordered to be Medium-Well Done turned out to be rare. It took them a further 20 minutes to replace that meal and the staff were not very helpful either. Portion size was also very poor and with the continual noise of raffle prize giving was also a distraction to the ambience. All in all I will never ever return there. I spoke with the duty manager on the way out - A Matthew I believe it was. After I explained the situation he wasn't apologetic and basically I felt that there was no chance to even bother returning.
