A part-time chef for several years, Glen Tamblyn, sacrificed his IT and engineering career in order to become full-time. He took the reins of The Food Gallery as owner and chef and hasn't looked back since. It is an eclectic little cafe, with wrought iron suspended lighting, plaques along the tiled walls, lead light windows and shelves displaying fresh produce. Food wise, Tamblyn whips up mouth watering nachos, chilli con carne, pies and baked pasta dishes.
