The Fig Tree Cafe is a relaxed, family-friendly venue that serves up good old-fashioned Australian food. The interior boasts brightly painted walls, giving the place a vibrant, modern and playful feel. Outside, the seating area looks onto a huge fig tree that gives this place its name. The culinary drawcard here are the homemade burgers in which all the ingredients - even the meat patties - are made fresh and on-site every day. The place is also known for its locally sourced coffee beans, Yahua coffee. The taste is rich, robust and very strong. With reasonable prices and sizable portions, this is a welcoming place to stop off and enjoy a satisfying lunch.
