Bringing its own flavour and style to the dining scene in Newcastle, this modern venue offers mod-Oz cuisine with a distinctly Spanish flair. Opening early and partying until late everyday can take its toll but you wouldn't know it at this friendly joint. The Depot offers a little something for everyone, from an early-morning Di Stefano coffee to a lazy afternoon drink with some tapas or gourmet dinner. Check out the salt cod and leek croquetas with confit lemon, tomato and caper salsa on the tapas menu, or the olive- and rosemary-stuffed lamb loin with white bean puree, confit tomato and parmesan-crusted eggplant if you in the mood for something a bit more hearty.
