Set in a bright big warehouse in the South Hobart end of the city, the Cupping Room is fast becoming a must-go place for the espresso obsessed. All the elements are here: a passionate group of baristas, classy Slayer and Synesso machines, and a rotating roster of Tassie-owned Oomph coffees including more than 30 single-origin beans.
But this roastery cafe isn't just about coffee. There's a full kitchen too, and just like the coffees, the menu changes regularly. You might find anything from eggs Benedict and wagyu beef burgers to cauliflower, fennel and blue cheese soup, and well beyond.

Indifferent Experince
Ordered breakfast and coffee, coffee blend was recommended by staff member & was a great choice enjoyed by both of us. Our food arrived in a good time after ordering,my eggs & bacon was let down by the bacon being cold! This soured our experince some what against the enjoyment of the coffe and the atmosphere
