Best Burgers Around
I loved dinning at The Counter. The burgers are the best I have tasted and their sauces are so yummy. You could really taste the freshness. The 50:50 serving of fries and onion rings were also very tasty. It had a great atmosphere and I found the staff to be very friendly. Looking forward to going back.

Died and gone to hamburger heaven!
Great fun building own own burgers, so many choices! Had to try sweet potato fries and they were fantastic. When I received my burger and fries my choice of sauces were served on the side and were out of this world. The burger was just as I had ordered and I could not fault it! Best I have tasted! Can't wait to return and try another combination. Recommend you try!

The burgers here are first class but other things need to be improved, fast.
With so many ingredients to choose from, and quality Angus beef, which The Counter claims comes from cattle that are raised humanely, this place has created a niche in Crows' Nest.
I have been to The Counter several times with my wife and friends over the last two months. The food is consistently good, but the following two things should be noted by prospective customers:
1. The manager/owner seems unenthusiastic. With such a new group of junior staff, he should probably lead by example.
2. The music is always thumping. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but sound seems to travel in these premises and it can get really noisy with metal chairs moving around, laughter, people talking and thumping music.
Anyway, it's worth going here for the food and hopefully other people will provide feedback and The Counter can create the perfect atmosphere for casual dining in Crows' Nest.
