This providore, cafe and kitchen is fast becoming the newest reason to boast for those lucky Grange residents (who already have so much going for them it just doesn't seem fair). Chef and owner James Bodroghy has opened and worked in some of Adelaide's best kitchens over the last 15 years, and this, the new venture he began in pursuit of more family-friendly hours, looks set to be his best achievement to date.
The focus is firmly on local, fresh, organic produce, and there are no preservatives or additives whatsoever. Plus, the coffee is fair-trade and organic, and the cakes, tarts and salads are all made in-house, so there's really not much this place doesn't have going for it.
Bodroghy also sells restaurant-quality take-home meals, and cooking classes with themes such as Seafood Surrender, Boys Only BBQ and Simply Spanish are held regularly.
