The only thing better than walking through the beautiful Wentworth Falls is tucking into a hearty meal afterwards. Or beforehand. Either way, the Conservation Hut is perfectly situated to make your trip to the mountains all the more memorable.
Perched above the majestic Jamison Valley, the Hut offers splendid views from every seat. There's an open fireplace and a thatched straw roof, but its rustic charm does not stop at the decor. The bountiful menu offers such popular dishes as pumpkin risotto and homemade pie. For dessert the 'eat a mess' is an irresistible challenge - a concoction of Italian meringue, vanilla double cream, passionfruit pulp and berries.
For a family on holiday the child-friendly atmosphere is a blessing. A kids' menu is available, as well as crayons and colouring books. In turn it is also ideal for more quiet, intimate dinners during the peak summer season.

Relax with good food & a stunning view
Have been here a few times now to enjoy some lovely meals, great coffee & friendly service. Great place for a breakfast (the pancakes are delicious) with a paper (in case of mist over the valley!) or a hearty lunch. Think goat's cheese tart followed by chicken with braised leeks. Weekends I've noticed get pretty busy so good to book. Some of the drinks maybe not such great value but the coffee is brilliant.
