The starters menu lets you know exactly where you are, with crocodile spring rolls on offer. A range of traditional options is also available for those who don't fancy eating something that might eat them later on. The kangaroo fillet comes marinated, seared and served on a bed of Mediterranean vegetables, and a 400g rib eye with mash, battered onion rings and a bacon and mushroom sauce is available for those with a big appetite.
