For more than 25 years, the Paragon has been a mainstay of the Carlton dining set, serving up delicious, home-style Italian meals to the hungry masses.
What's most impressive about the Paragon's innings isn't just that it's managed to stay on top for so long but that it's also stayed relevant. The menu has constantly changed and evolved to accommodate different tastes while still managing to hold to its rustic Italian roots. Try the pork duo (slow-roasted pork belly and pan-roasted loin with mustard fruit glaze, sweet potato gratin and tempura black cabbage) to really get a feel for what's going on in this kitchen.
