The Boathouse may have a casual sounding name, but with its stunning surrounds and mod-Oz menu, it has its sights firmly set on the upper echelons of Frankston's dining scene.
Expect to see plenty of local produce used to full effect on the seasonal menu. Freshly shucked and gratinated oysters are a great way to start a meal here, but if you don't have a massive appetite then perhaps you should forego the appetisers to save room for one of the Boathouse's classic desserts.
