If you're a fan of cook-your-own steaks or expertly grilled premium cuts, you really can't go past the meaty offerings at this better-than-average pub restaurant. With everything from wagyu rump to fillet mignon to New York cut, the Blue Gum Hotel wins big points for taking its steak seriously.
