Open since mid 2002, and with as much cred as it has seafood, The Blanc has the catch of the day from across the Bight and across the border. The room is dominated by a large kitchen, which is fine as long the chefs keep the energy levels down. If they get carried away it can get noisy - but then we like a bit of enthusiasm! The wine list is also impressive and staff are keen to match the grape with the dish.
