Chef Alby Hancock has created a small but balanced menu to tempt theatre-goers who need to keep their stamina up for a night of performing arts appreciation.
The fare on offer varies from garlic and herb-roasted lamb with anchovy mayo and hazelnut-dressed beans to barbecue pork fried rice. The double chocolate mousse with strawberry and mint salad is also worth serious consideration for post-show cravings.
