The best Thai? It's quite a claim to make, but with an ever-growing chain of restaurants all sporting this audacious name spreading across Sydney, it's hard to argue with the numbers. For the most part, you'll find the menus the same across all of the restaurants, but with each chef imparting their own touch on the dishes.
At the more expensive end of things, you'll find chef's specials such as soft-shell crab with egg and vegetables, or deep-fried whole snapper with chilli sauce. But there's still plenty on offer if you decide to stick to the cheaper dishes. The stir-fries prove particularly popular, with your choice of meats cooked with flavours including chilli and lime; pumpkin, snowpea and mushroom; or mild chilli jam.

On Friday 21 May 2010 - I had THE BEST THAI. Just Delictable. Authentic Thai.
Great way to share a crisp glass of white with friends.
A must on any "foodies" go-to list.
I recommend the Pad Thai with Prawns.
