Blending the traditional and the modern, the Bellevue Hotel features a cosy pub-style bar that contrasts with a pristine white dining area. Thanks to the combined talents of chef Hamish Ingham and prominent Sydney chef/co-owner Damien Pignolet, the menu features top notch Mediterranean dishes, boasting with a wine list (available by the bottle or glass) that's been carefully selected to complement the menu.

Seafood Dinner
The trout I had was yummy but doused in too much butter. Portions are not too huge either. The rhubarb crumble was well worth the 20 minute wait but hold back on the custard as it killed it. The sourdough rolls with butter on the table were fantastic! My partner had the seared tuna with caponata and it was excellent.
