Perched in pride of place on the water's edge of Brighton Beach, the Baths Restaurant washes you up in a sea swell of stellar, modern Australian-meets-international cuisine, under the deft hand of owner/chef Paul Raynor. Yes, there's more to this cream-and-beige-hued beachside gem than just sea and city skyline vistas, however lovely they are.
The Baths Restaurant, formerly known just as Middle Brighton Baths, has undergone something of a renaissance since Raynor's revival of it in late 2009. As mentioned earlier, the menu covers various tastes from our own backyard and beyond, with dishes like saddle of rabbit, trio of Aylesbury duck and curry-spiced tempura quail. The set and tasting menus and their wine matches should be more than sufficient for anyone looking to linger over a feast.

Love Brighton Baths Restaurant
Brighton Baths Restaurant is becoming a favourite.
We were on way to the cafe for a sunset drink and just couldn't resist going upstairs...yet again.
How good can a view be!...and how lovely can the staff be!...It just makes all the difference to compliment yummy food.
We shared an array of delicious dishes (making our own mini tasting menu)...seared tuna, scallops, smoked haddock risotto & quail...*drooling*...see u there next Tues!
