Opposite Elsternwick's train station and Classic Cinema, the Artful Dodger is in a buzzing spot indeed. It has a family and dog-friendly policy which makes a nice change, and means there's a welcoming, warm vibe and an eclectic crowd. Though the cafe's interior is cosy, the outdoor section, which seats up to 40, is a bustling spot in summer and in the colder months is covered and protected from the elements. With four different blends of coffee and some solid cafe-style breakfasts and lunches, it's no wonder the Dodger is a bustling spot all day long.
