This lavish bar, restaurant and nightclub, with its mesmerising giant lanterns and heritage sandstone block, is a remarkable mix of old and new. The venue's striking design is the stamp of genius Michael McCann, with most of the original 18th century features, such as the exposed wooden beams and sandstone walls, skilfully juxtaposed with new-millennium design. Diners may grab a booth in the main bar and order some hearty bistro fare, or nibble on a share plate with friends and sip on something sweet from the luscious cocktail menu. They also have a late kitchen which serves a limited menu between 11pm-3am.
